  Called to complain about a plumber who had started taking down tiles in my bathroom then refused to complete the job. Another plumbing firm completed the job for a fraction of the price quoted by Ability, without needing to remove the tiles on my bath. When I called to complain I was shocked by the rudeness of the lady at the other end who told me she didnt care and hung up the phone. Avoid at all costs.
